This Essay is about Monkey its feature, similarity to man, food, kinds and habits. The monkey is a clever beast. Everybody has seen it often. Almost every one knows its activity and intelligence. The most peculiar feature that one finds in the monkey is the art of imitation.

Monkeys are interesting for being men without tails. As per Charles Darwin, the origin of humanity is from the monkeys. They are all in shape and present, such as human beings. The head and face were like men and move like them. The researchers say men were the monkey’s siblings, as both hail out of the same forefather.

The monkey is very intelligent and cunning animal. It is only form its intelligence and half human-form that Darwin said that the origin of man is from monkeys. The monkey is not a very useful animal. It is mischievous by nature. Instead of doing well, it feels happy in doing harm.

The monkey lives in jungle. It feeds on fruits and roots. Those who live in towns and cities, eat parched gram also. It likes to eat berries and nuts. It almost eats every thing which a man eats. Monkeys vary in shape, size and color. There is a special kind of monkeys. Their faces are black. They are called apes. The ape has a very long tail.
